Here you will find a small selection of properties that BakerLile Consulting & The EPC Partnership have completed. A High percentage of our work is completed on a confidential basis so we are unable to display these. We act for a diverse range of clients from international corporations and local goverments to Individual business and property owners.

The Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) we produce are official Government Certificates and is valid for 10 years. An EPC is now required by law before a commercial property can be marketed Let or sold. We also produce a large number of EPC's for clients where properties are not being Sold or Let but combined with full energery audits and carbon reduction projects

In order for us to produce the Commercial EPC certificate and recommendations report for your property we would require access to all areas of the property and would need to carry out a site survey of theproperty that on average takes between 1 and 3 hours.

A copy of the certificate and report when completed will be issued to yourselves and a copy will also be issued to your solicitor and agent as and when you require this. In addition we will also provide you with a unique reference number that will enable you to access a copy of the certificate and recommendations report online from an official government website for the life of the EPC.

As part of our service we also included a third report on your property, these reports can assist both the owner and prospective purchaser/tenant to understand the recommendations within the governments recommendations report.
